ORBIT

standard sizes: the Orbit 800 is the most popular size
but the compact Orbit 600 fits onto a smaller footprint.
Top loading, these spray washers offer excellent cleaning
results, with a motor driven rotating basket carrying
the components under the highly effective spray jets.
These machines are popular for use in manufacturing
cells.

FORMULA 950
|
|
The Formula 950 rotary drum washer is designed for
aqueous cleaning and drying of small parts either in
batches or in-line with production conveyors.
Components are first carried through immersion and
power jet washes at constant speed via an Archimedes
screw. After draining, they are dried by hot turbo-blown
air, emerging down the exit chute clean, dry and ready
for use.
Typical components which can be processed include:
- Metal, plastic and rubber parts
- Pressings and stampings
- Screws, nuts and bolts
- Springs
- Seals
- Cold forged parts
- Machined parts
This machine can also be used as a coating machine
for small components.
